Version 1.3.1 is released to the App Store

Critical bug is successfully fixed which is not only tested on our devices, but also confirmed by letters from you. Again, we appreciate your support and patience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some of you may see a message stating that your database is upgrading each time you launch iStudiez Pro. In this case please make data backup and then restore your data after you updated to version 1.3.1. We are now submitting the update where we’ve fixed this minor issue.

    Have tried your fix with data backup and restore, and iStudiez crashes on restore!! Can’t wait for the fix! Right in the middle of exam week too!! Yahhh!

    The problem persists!! I still can’t “replace existing data with the previously saved backup”. Please fix this, this is beginning to get to be an annoying issue.

    Another update, yet another bug. What’s going on? I miss the old days when app was stable. I don’t need or want grade feature. Is there anyway I can get old version? I can’t restore my back up ever since the new update. Help me out here.

    the update is awful…

    I try to restore, using an email backup and the app crash.
    reinstalled istudiezpro, or using an other backup won´t fix!
    everytime I will open the backup istudiez crash!!!
    It´s totally useless in the moment…

    I have a problem… when i try to recover my backup, i tap it in Mail.app, iStudiez Pro launches, shows “Loading…” , the progress bar fills about 15 pixels (a small square and then the app crashes

    Im having the same problem, whenever i restore from the mail app, it loads up the app, asks to replace data, then shows the loading bar. after like 5 sec, it crashes.

    Same Problem here. Hope you can fix it quickly and that my Backup isn’t gone to hell.

    Not sure if you guys downloaded 1.3.2 yet, but still crashes when you try to restore old backups and crashes even when you try to restore new backup made with current version. Thanks for all the work though iStudiez Pro team!

    Great… upgraded to the “fixed” version. Kept getting the “upgrading database” on launch. Did the backup/restore and now it just crashes on restore! Please find a more proper way of data managing. I’m going to explore other products at this point.

    I cant´t use my Istudiez anymore and there are a lot of impotant data in my backup….

    Same here.. old and new backups are just crashing after 1 second when the app trys to restore… :(

    1.3.2 doesn’t even crash, or fail to load data, it’s almost like the app just stalls out on loading… none of the buttons will like… ooop… took min mine but it crashed while I was typing.

    Only had one class’s data in it, and I also use Schoolhouse so meh, but it’s not convenient. Speaking of, is there any chance of getting a desktop client? Or at least an export to exel or something?

    okay the istudiez guys are great…
    they send a mail and told me to install the backup in safe mode.
    that´s it! i got my data back…

    EXTREMELY important -> it is not possible to set grade weight to “exams”, only for assignments wish is very very bad! Since exams and tests always have classification weight. So i realy hope you guys update that soon, since i’m the final semester for this year.

    Plus, it would be nice and handful if i could send to my colleagues group works, exams to-date, etc (aka via bluetooth)

    P.S: About the credits: when in the page “Planner” it should show the total credits earned from 1° semester, 2° semester, etc. And at the bottom where it shows the final grade it should also show total credits (1° semester + 2° semester + …)

    Quick question.

    I noticed with the GPA feature that it only uses the percentage grades and that it’s dependent on what the percentage is for the GPA.

    Is there any way to make it go to a 0-4.0 system and have it able to be customized?

    Example: One option having the standard GPA setting (A:4; B:3; C:2, D:1, F:0), and another option allowing you to customize the grades for each type of grade.

    Please add appoinment option for advisor meetings and study groups. So they can be added individually as needed
