“I have not received an email from you!” issue SOLVED!

Hi everyone! We have received several reports about inability to create Cloud Sync account or reset a password from you.

It was an issue with a notification service limits, but we have already solved it. Furthermore, to process your requests faster we have increased our email server capacity, thus it should not occur any more.

If you have not received your Cloud Sync registration confirmation or password reset email yet,
please try again right now. You should get the email within 1 minute or less.

    Can I view the original due date for an assignment even after I’ve completed it? I still want to know when to bring it to class!

    Also hope to be able to expand and collapse finished assignments by semesters. After a few semesters the finished assignment list has become very long.

    Is there any way I can get help on understanding how to use the grading system. Its very confusing to me. I purchased both ipad and ios version and i can not get the grading system in place.

    Hey, I just don’t see ‘sync now’ button on my right up corner of my istudize pro.
    How do I fix this?

      Hi there!

      Have you enabled Cloud Sync option in iStudiez Pro Preferences?
      Please check if you use Cloud Sync account, not iCloud one.
