iStudiez Pro can’t be started on Mac… Issue solved!

Recently several of our users were unable to start iStudiez Pro on Mac.
The issue was caused by Apple’s trusted certificate renew (the certificate that confirms that iStudiez Pro is a trustworthy app).
iStudiez Team is not able to affect the certificate as it is issued by Apple.

To fix the problem on OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) restart your Mac, wait for a few minutes till the certificate is updated and start iStudiez Pro.

Sometimes it is impossible to turn iStudiez Pro Cloud Sync service on.
If you have faced this problem,  do next to resolve it:

  1. Create your iStudiez Pro data backup on a device with the most recent data
  2. Uninstall iStudiez Pro from your Mac
  3. Go to the Finder > “Go” menu > press Option key on the keyboard > Library > Containers > com.kachalobalashoff.iStudiez
    Delete the container and empty the Trash.
  4. Restart your Mac
  5. Install iStudiez Pro from the Mac App Store
  6. Sign in to your Cloud Sync account and try to sync.

The problem should be resolved.
