iStudiez Pro for Mac Quits Unexpectedly

Unexpected quit of Mac version might be caused by some data inconsistency when trying to sync.

Please follow next steps:

Step 1

Make sure your Internet connection is turned off.
Create iStudiez Pro data backup.

Step 2

Quit iStudiez Pro and delete it from your Mac.
Empty the Trash.

Step 3

Turn your Internet connection ON.
Use the following link to download the script to delete your remained iStudiez Pro data: istudentpro.com/scripts/DeleteiStudiezProData.zip
Then go to Downloads folder and launch the script via Open command in context menu.

Note:
The step above is mandatory as OS X may prevent you from launching the script by double-clicking the file.
Confirm that you want to open the script.
Run the script and follow the instructions.

Step 4

Re-install iStudiez Pro from the Mac App Store.
Sign in to your Cloud Sync account and try to sync.
