The Basics

We are iStudiez Team (collectively, “we,” “us,” “Company” or “Team”), a registered company with its office at 340 S LEMON AVE #4783, WALNUT, CA 91789, UNITED STATES. These Terms of Use tell you the terms on which you may use www.istudentpro.com ("our Site"), iStudiez Pro (“our App”), as well as any authorized activity made available by us to you (“our Services”).

By using our Site, App or Services you are automatically agreeing to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions regarding these Terms of Use, please email them to support@istudentpro.com


Any information you provide us with is subject to our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to read.

You understand that the Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Use that you're agreeing to by using the App, Site or Services.

Your Responsibilities

By using our App, Site or Services, you agree to:

  • To create iStudiez Pro Cloud Sync account if you're at least 13 years old. Otherwise, your parent/guardian should be acknowledged about you using the app and the information you share with us;
  • Use your valid email address and a strong password to protect your iStudiez Pro Cloud Sync account;
  • Not share your iStudiez Pro Cloud Sync account account and password details with anyone or accept any consequences from your decision to share it;
  • Be responsible for the information you provide us with (e.g. when contacting Support Team, etc.)
  • Only create iStudiez Pro Cloud Sync account for yourself or someone that has given you permission to do so on their behalf.

As Is

By accepting these terms you understand that...

  • Our App and Services are provided by iStudiez Team;
  • iStudiez Pro and Services offered by the Company are provided as-is with no warranty, obligation to fix issues, release updates or refund of any payments you might make;
  • Though we will try our very best to minimize the odds, there is always a possibility that some information you provide to our App and Services could get lost due to network issues, data corruption, hardware failure, problems with hosting providers or other technical reasons. Similarly, it is possible that some our App or Services could become unavailable or slow at times. You agree not to hold instin liable or responsible for any loss of data or interruption of service, as you acknowledge that the Company made you no guarantees about service availability or data durability;
  • You may request your Cloud Sync account along with all information and/or data stored there be removed from our systems by contacting us at support@istudentpro.com.

We Can

You understand that...

  • We can terminate your Cloud Sync account after a prolonged period of inactivity for privacy and security purposes or at any time if we deem you have violated these terms;
  • Change the prices and the license model for our App and Services;
  • We may provide any and all notices, statements and other communications to you through the e-mail address, Facebook or Twitter account you have used to contact us;
  • You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information (“Submissions”) about our Site, App or the Services provided by you to the Company are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of the Company. You hereby assign to the Company all exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, to Submissions and Company shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without notice, attribution or compensation to you;
  • The Team reserves the right to terminate iStudiez Pro and our Services at any time. We obviously don't want that to happen, but if it should then we will notify users via updates to our Blog, Facebook and Twitter accounts with an explanation;

Cloud Sync Subscription

Using the Cloud Sync service you may sync the app's data between all your devices where the app is installed. The service is performed via our Cloud Sync servers.

The Cloud Sync service is provided on a subscription ("Subscription") basis. You can subscribe to the Cloud Sync service from our App via the in-app purchases.

You are offered the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: 30 calendar days of the Subscription;
  • Annual Plan: 365 calendar days of the Subscription;
  • 2-Year Plan: 730 calendar days of the Subscription.

Payment for the Subscription will be charged to your Microsoft/Google Play Store/App Store/Mac App Store account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of current period. Your account will be charges for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the Store app after purchase.

Payment for the Subscription is not refunded.


You can see the date these terms were last modified at the top of this document (Effective Date). If you continue to use our App or Services after the Terms of Use change, then you are agreeing to abide by the updated terms.
